All roads lead to the prestigious Terra Kulture arena, tomorrow, for the second edition of the comedy show, High Voltage With Doings (HVD) With Emmcee RNB. As part of the event’s rollout, Afrobeats stars such as Ruger, Erigga, and L.A.X have been shortlisted as part of the performers for the night.
The yearly event is hosted by Naija FM’s On-Air Personality and stand-up comedian, EmmCee RNB, and is scheduled to be held with its theme ‘Only Me, But Special’.
Speaking on this year’s theme EmmCee RNB tells Weekend Beats, “Firstly High Voltage Doings with RNB is a lifestyle of comedy and also the comedy show is built around my brand as a sit-down comedian, you know last year the theme was “My Responsibility’; So the concept behind this year’s theme is that it’s only me doing my thing on stage but I have special people like comedians and artiste joining me on stage in the course of the event but it is centered around me”.
Other artistes performing at the show are Majeeed, Logos Olori, and Victor AD; and comedians such as Acapella, Dan D Humorous, Mc Edo pikin, Eboh Bomb, Mc Monica, Comedian ATM, Bow joint, Kaycee, Mc Ovie, Ebiye among others.
