Ebonyi Negate Authorities led by Governor Francis Nwifuru, on Wednesday, acknowledged it has moved to address insecurity, prevent crimes and challenges facing flight/airport operations on the Chuba Okadigbo Global Airport, Onueke, Ezza South LGA.
The Commissioner of Aviation and Transport Expertise, Mrs Ngozi Obichukwu made this identified whereas speaking with newsmen in Abakaliki, quickly after a six-day sensitization of the airport security operatives and group.
She acknowledged that the sensitization became targeted at bettering the safety architecture of the airport and its environs, to fight in opposition to the challenges facing flight/airport operations and snarl that security of travellers and airline operators within the narrate.
Responding, the Special Assistant to the Governor on Airport Safety, Nnanna Nwangele, acknowledged there shall be ample security of lives and properties of the travellers and airline operators, adding that Ebonyi Negate is the most bag narrate within the south east house.
